Privacy notice

This notice explains what Meetings Flow does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you send the form on our contact page, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, and anything else you choose to add: your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your address and whatever you put in your note.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your buyer map and talking it through with you. We do not add you to a list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the people at Meetings Flow who handle your request. We do not sell them, rent them or trade them to anyone.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track you from page to page or across other sites.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to felicity.bronson@meetingsflow.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page.
